The value of the contract remains the same throughout the 24-month period and if there are any changes, the client is the first to know. I don’t understand - if I want to extend the contract, will the terms of payment for the tariff be the same or new? If I don't want to renew the contract after 24 months, do I need to return the router to the point of sale or does it become my property after 24 months?

Even if your contract is not renewed for another 24 months, the equipment remains NOS property. If you want to hand over the equipment, you must formalize your cancellation request.

I want to know:
- when extending the contract, will the payment terms be different or the same as they were?

-Depends on the price and conditions of your contract. Can be less, same, or more.

-When the 24 months end, it means your binding time ends. You can continue with the same conditions with the same price and leave whenever you want.

-Of course. NOS doesn’t guess when you want to terminate or not.

I have a contract with NOS which runs out on 27th April for a property we have in Lagos. 
we live in UK and it’s impossible to talk to someone so how can I discuss extension or get someone to speak to me?

failing that is there an email address ?

there is an option to receive a call but assume only works locally.

You can rest assured that your contract does not end, only your binding period ends, this means that you can terminate the contract without any penalty.
