I read other comments that calling them for a NOS number should be free of charge.
I called them regarding a error message I get when I am trying to access Kuantokusta.pt. I was told by NOS that they could call me back, but the person I was taking to declined to do that. He told me to down load an application, Supremo, so I could share my screen. Well, that took some time and before I was done, the call got disconnected as I only have pay card. So they actually charged me for nothing, just waiting while I was downloading the app and created an account there.
