SIM Activation

As the SIM cards were purchased in Portugal, they must first be activated on the Portuguese NOS network before they can be used while roaming abroad.

As you are currently in Belgium, we kindly ask you to manually search for available mobile networks with the SIM card inserted in your device. This will allow us to check whether the SIM card is able to register on a network and activate the service.

If the SIM cards were never connected to the NOS network in Portugal, they may not have been activated correctly, which would explain why they are not working in Belgium.
