How to change my tariff

Hey! I got a new phone and want to try unlimited 5G tariff, but i spent an hour already and still cant find how to do this through the app or web account. Please help.

    There is no way threw app or web. Call 16990.

    im out of the Portugal, can i change in the nearest shop when i’ll be back?
