cancel my service


 

I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my NOS service, effective as soon as possible.

I have already visited a NOS store, where I was informed that cancellation must be done by phone. However, I have been trying to contact your customer service for the past three days without success. My calls are not being answered, and on the occasions when I receive a call back, it gets disconnected when I answer.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, I have noticed that there is no toll-free customer service number, and I am being charged high amounts simply for trying to resolve this issue. It feels unfair that I must pay to address a problem caused by poor service.

I would also like to highlight the inconsistency in your service: when I subscribed, everything was handled quickly and efficiently at the store. However, now that I wish to cancel, there appears to be no proper support available.

Please proceed with the cancellation of my service immediately and confirm in writing once it has been completed. If any further information is required, please let me know promptly.

I expect a quick resolution to this matter.

Boa noite ​@Harshadbhai, para cancelar os serviços sem multa é preciso que esteja fora do periodo de fidelização; este periodo pode ser verificado na na sua fatura ou na sua ãrea de cliente caso tenha os seus serviços associados, o cancelamento também pode ser efetuado através da sua área de cliente, no entanto, tratando-se de um user estrangeiro, parece ser conveniente que a moderação possa dar a sua ajuda, para que seja possível, deve fazer o envio por mensagem privada para o perfil ​@Fórum  do seu numero de cliente ou numero fiscal.associado ao seu contrato.
