What kind of a joke is this? It’s been over six months since I submitted my cancellation request in person at your store, with all the required documents, before I left the country. Since then—no email, no confirmation, no response—nothing.
After hundreds of calls, most of which went unanswered, I finally got through once, only to be told my request was “in process.” Three more months passed—still no update. But you had no problem sending me invoices demanding payment. Why?
I even had a friend go to the store multiple times to follow up and submit the request again, only for them to be told that I must appear in person to cancel. Are you serious? When I submitted the request myself, where was this policy then? Now, you expect me to fly across the world just to cancel a service I haven’t used in half a year? Does that even make sense?
This is beyond frustrating. Your customer service is nonexistent. There is no way to properly reach you, no accountability, and clearly, no intention to resolve this issue. I need an immediate resolution—cancel my service NOW and confirm it in writing.
Sort this out. Now.
