Subject: Urgent Complaint: Unresolved Contract Termination Issue & Poor Customer Service


Dear Team,

I was sold a package a few weeks ago and part of that related conversation I had with the Sales Person (Thomas) was that If at anytime with 14 days of signing the contract I was unhappy with the service I could cancel with no incured costs. This is apparently untrue. I cancelled the service after 10 days and have  now´receieved an SMS saying that I have to pay 287.50 euros as i have cancelled during the commitment period.  So in effect I was told I lie when I was sold the deal, yes ?
