Billing continued after cancellation

We canceled our account over the phone back in July and we noticed later that we were still being billed for it. It’s been over 5 months of continued billing and we cannot get through to anyone to help. Every time we call we get told they have to send it to another department and they’ll call us back. Of course no one ever calls back. We need help getting this solved and credited for the overpayments.

Thanks. I believe we called on 28 July at 13.30. We did not receive any confirmation but our login was deactivated after this and we did not receive any invoices until a few weeks ago when we tried to call and get it figured out as to why we were still being billed. Also, this is for my spouse’s account, so not the one I am using here.
