We canceled our account over the phone back in July and we noticed later that we were still being billed for it. It’s been over 5 months of continued billing and we cannot get through to anyone to help. Every time we call we get told they have to send it to another department and they’ll call us back. Of course no one ever calls back. We need help getting this solved and credited for the overpayments.
