Recebendo apenas um canal de TV (RTP 1), creio que esteja vivo desde a instalação inicial do serviço (Estou fora de casa há um mês). Eu verifiquei o cabo coaxial e reconectei-o ao modem Arris ZC4430KNO. Desconectei e reconectei o modem do cabo coaxial e da eletricidade. O modem tem uma luz azul. Testei com um cabo HDMI sobressalente. O problema persiste.

Receiving only one TV channel (RTP 1), I believe since the initial install of service (I have been away for a month).  I have checked the coax cable and reconnected it to the Arris ZC4430KNO modem. I disconnected and reconnected the modem from the coax cable and from electricity. Modem has a blue light. I tested with a spare HDMI cable. Problem persists.

Please confirm that the TV source its the correct one for the Box input connection.

Does an error message appear in any of the different channels besides RTP 1?

Thank you for your response. TV source is correct for the box input connection (HDMI 1 - UMA). I should be clear that I only receive “RTP 1 885” (as shown on the screen) after selecting the correct input. I cannot select any channels (“No signal” displayed). 

I have now tried scanning for channels multiple times (Tuner DTV) and it finds no channels. I have tried changing to another HDMI port. I have tried connecting to the Hitron router instead of the Arris modem.

This Toshiba (Cosmos mode) Android TV (OS 11) functioned correctly at our previous home with NOS service and all WiFi access still functions (Netflix, etc.).

The Arris ZC4430KNO modem is a UMA 4K TV box and bellow the way to do the installation.

My setup seems different as I was not provided a remote control for the Arris modem (nor installation instructions, HDMI cable or ethernet cable eI had my own HDMI cable and WIFI instead of ethernet].)

It is an unusual situation, which needs to be clarified, have you already checked the contract signed with the company? If the remote control is missing, I advice to visit a NOS store.

Thank you for your feedback @Jeffrey Hill. @Jorge C shared a good help regarding this matter.

The remote control for the UMA TV Box is always included in this device’s box. Con you please confirm that you don't have this?

If the remote control for the UMA TV Box its not present, you wont be able to navigate the menus or change channels through the box. With that in min, as recommended by @Jorge C you can get the remote in a NOS Store, if one is near you, or alternatively we can send one to your address.

The problem remained the same with a new comando. A phone call with NOS technical support, lasting 49 minutes, where they remotely corrected problems with the UMA box, resolved the issue.
