NOS Arris ZC4430KNO problem

hello, yes, i am still hoping for solution to control the nos tv cable box by using my logitech harmony elite if that would be possible. logitech does no longer support harmony remotes and the nos arris is not in the harmoney list of available devices and i cannot program the buttons from the nos arris remote to the harmony. please advice. thank you

The box provided by NOS is meant to be used with the original remote control, as we cannot ensure compatibility or proper operation with alternative remotes.
Even so, we are currently verifying the details you provided regarding the model of the device.

We have looked into this matter and, as mentioned before, we confirm that the box provided by NOS is intended to be used with the original remote control. This is the only remote that can operate the equipment, and it is not possible to connect it to a universal remote. To fully enjoy the NOS service and set-top box, you should use the original remote.
