Please install the App WTF. After you can check according this procedure:

1. Selecione “Saldo e Consumos”
2. Escolha “Consultar Histórico”

I have downloaded the app but it does not shows the Saldo e Consumos neither Consultar Histórico. Also I would like to know what is gonna happen with the extra 15 euros charged?

It should be available in the App WTF, please double check.

You should be able to check your balance and all the available communication on “Saldo” on the “Zona” in menu:
