Hello,

I have invoice with extra-payments for Net Roaming. But roaming didn’t work.

Could you help me with checking and fixing invoice?

The consumptions made in roaming are communicated by se service provider your device connected to.

You can check which app or system used mobile data in your device settings.

Conforme esclarecido em tópico anterior não teve acesso por ter o roaming inativo, o qual foi reativado pelos gestores da comunidade e não teve qualquer feedback seu.

Como menciona consumos na Alemanha e o roaming foi ativo cerca de 1 mês atrás, a funcionalidade que contratou estava disponível.

I have been in Germany from 29 January till 8 February and roaming didn’t work.

Could you check roaming usage?

Pode verificar o consumo de dados pela App my NOS desta forma.
