worst customer service ever! dont go with NOS!
- Changed my plan and was promised 15 euros per month. I recorded the phone call for evidence and suggest everyone doing so!
- The bills still show 20 instead of 25 euros
- I’ve subscribed to roaming packages several times. The first two were working but then it just stopped despite still being subscribed
- over contacted NOS numerous times by phone, text, email to no avail. They call back and then request another call back. RIDICULOUS!!!
