We signed a two year contract with NOS in September 2024 to have our two cell phone numbers transferred across from MEO. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED! We have telephoned numerous times and visited the store, we have completed the complaints book, still it doesn’t happen. they continue to bill us but we don’t have our phone numbers transferred. We have had to continue to pay MEO so we can use our numbers through them. We have on numerous occasions emailed the nif and cvp numbers and proof and we are always told 24 to 48 hours. I have sent a complaint to the ombudsman and am waiting to hear. This is the worst.
