I had been maintaining mobile phone number on a prepaid basis after canceling my contract when I left Portugal. Unfortunately, due to a recent sickness, I was unable to top-up the account in time, and now I can’t fill it with money from my bank account + no signal for my SIM.
This number is extremely important to me as it is linked to many essential Portuguese services.
Could you please confirm the current status of the number and advise on the steps required to reactivate the line ASAP? I am prepared to top-up the required amount as soon as the line is made active again.
