service reactivation

hi

 

 i am having my Nos number for several years, i am living in UK,  last i top up my Nos number 2022 and i top up on 24th june 2024 recently through online, but i am having not register with the network, payment went through my bank and online service provider said already NOS received my order, is it possible to reactivate my number ?  could you please how do i request a reactivation of my sim card from UK

After about 2 years the number should be inactive.

I suggest you check with your banking institution and cancel the payment.
