separate mobile phone number and home internet contract

Hello

last setember i rent flat with home internet from nos and join my phone mobile number 93******* to contract, but now i need to separate it because landlord take back his nos contract for home internet. But i need save my number for me. 
 

i have been at nos office at Foz Plaza but they don’t know how to do it ;(

i called to help line but nobody answered;(

plz help me it’s urgent because landlord back to Portugal today and probably will take his nos contract next few days.
