Reclamação: Cobrança indevida de roaming na Turquia - Pedido de reembolso de ~120€

Good afternoon,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding roaming charges that I consider to be unjustified, relating to the invoices for September and October 2025.

**Situation:**

In September 2025, I traveled from Portugal to Turkey. Upon arrival, I was unable to disconnect my mobile network in time and was charged approximately €60 in roaming charges on that bill.

The same situation repeated itself in October 2025, when I was returning from Turkey to Portugal. I turned on mobile data too early (even before entering Portuguese/European airspace) and was charged again around €60 on my October bill.

**Important clarification:**

In neither case did I intentionally use mobile internet or make calls/SMS while roaming in Turkey. The recorded usage was likely due to automatic app synchronization during the brief moments when the phone was connected to the Turkish network.

**Order:**

I request a review of the invoices for September and October 2025 and a refund of the total amount of approximately €120 (the exact sum is shown on the respective invoices).

Thank you for your attention and I look forward to a favorable response.

Thanks.
