Hoping you are doing fine, I hate to bring this topics here. For my carelessness, I got my Sim canceled, I have contacted local shops to reactivate the sim that got canceled in first July. They gave me a number to call, I tried calling, whenever I entered the NIF, I got a response that doenst make any sense at all, my NIF is invalid, and even my number as well. I contacted the local shop for assistance they scheduled a call, I spoke to them according to their statement, my Sim should be start working by now and I even commited to subscribe a monthly plan with it. But still it didn't solve yet. My Sim has been used every where, it's very important for me to get back the number. I am willing to do anything to get back the number.

Please tell us if the number is active in your App NOS or Área de Cliente NOS.

If the reactivation process was concluded, the reactivation may take a couple of hours to take effect.
