Problem with Nos

Hello ,

 

sorry i don't speak Portuguese language .I'm currently facing an issue with my nos number . I bought it like 2 months ago and never charged it and now i think it's blocked .

What should i do to reactivate my number again ? is there a way to buy/charge my number with calls only ? i don't need any monthly payment

i asked a friend to call my number , number is no reacheable

 

In order to charge the phone, first you must pay the 42€ you owe to NOS.

I advice you to go to a NOS Store.
