Hello, I buy Nos sim on january to get rid from lyca,since from I tried 2times to change num from lyca to nos with help of nos store they cange num but still nothing happen, is it my mistake buying nos sim or wht?

I already did that by going nosstore physically and I submitt all documents, still nothing happen
