Not receiving texts from the bank

Hey Guys,

I just got a new number from NOS - I have been using it, the signal is a bit bad and the texts dont always come through - i can kinda live with it but i’m definitely looking to change soon.

My main problem is now i cant receive texts from Santander - which means I cant make any bank transfers and i cant figure out a way to fix it. Does anyone have any experience with this or can help?
