My Nos sim card in not working

I travelled 4 months ago and my NOS sim card is not working i want to reactivate it but i cant, i tried to Top up but it gives me an error saying that i could not do it.

From what we understand, the plan associated with your mobile number is a prepaid plan, which requires top-ups.
Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the monthly amount is topped up every month in order to continue using the service.

Please, tell us the date of your last top-up and the method you are using to try to top up.
