How am I suppose to have screenshot of mistake that happened 3 hours ago? The wtf app is always working horrible with millions mistake. I attached MBway transfer screenshot. I’ve been using this account for 1,5 years now so it’s activated long time ago

Please check the balance history following these steps:

1. Aceda à App WTF e, de seguida, selecione “Saldo e Consumos”
2. Escolha “Consultar Histórico”.

Are you sure you didn't have any debt, if that's the case the money went to settle your account.

I am 100% sure there was any debt because the account balance haven’t changed, it was €0,04 before and it’s €0,04 now and I’m pretty sure you would see it on the history yourself on my account. The mistake accurate cause of the APP bugs.
