I subscrived online on your website a Kanguru ilimitado for 10€/month, I got the SIM card but once I put in my phone, it show NOS 5 bars in Edge, but no service no internet connection, nothing.
This subscription don’t appear next to my mobile phones in the client area. If I try to add it in the client are with the phone number and the PIN, I only get an error asking to try later.
What should I do to activate the simcard? I got by email 2 pdfs “PropostaSubscricao_*************_2026_06_03_21_21.pdf” and “MRC_************_2026_06_03_21_21.pdf” should I sign and send that somewhere?
Really want to get that fixed soon.
