I’m subscribed to a NOS bundle plan (mobile, internet, and/or TV). How can I check the remaining loyalty period (contract duration) for my plan? Is there a specific section in the My NOS app or on the NOS website (www.nos.pt) where I can find this information? Please provide step-by-step instructions if possible. -
Converting Physical SIM to eSIM
My phone supports eSIM, and I’d like to convert my current physical SIM card to an eSIM to free up the SIM slot. Could someone explain the process for doing this through the My NOS app or website? Additionally, I have two related questions:-
Is there any extra cost for converting to an eSIM?

Will switching to an eSIM reset or affect my current loyalty period in any way?
