Good evening guys. I hope you are fine. I have a small problem. I got a Kanguru Livre XL SIM in-store at No's Guia. It worked great for the small period (1 day). It ran out today and I have had trouble recharging/topping it up. The issue seems to be that when I add the telephone number, my full name and email then hit validate the SMS is sent but it does not arrive for me to add the six digits. I tried multiple devices (including router)
Now I am stuck with no internet via mobile. Basically I cannot log into nos app or website because it always asks for the 6 digit SMS code which does not arrive.
I would appreciate some help guys
