Billing Issue

The most recent invoice has an amount against “Voz Fixa Pay GO”… which I think translates to Fixed Phone. But I don’t have any fixed phone. What’s going on?

 

How do I contact NOS’s billing department about this?

I have wrong bill made by Nos and I have complained several times but still not fixed I go to Colombo and campo grande office as well but they say you will get call and on call they transfer from one to other to other then they cut off this is insane I mean why you can’t check bill firstly why I didn’t receive bill for 9 months then wrong bill then after complaint you made another wrong bill how it is possible, in my contract I have to pay 16 € per month in total but I really don’t understand why you ask me to pay more even you didn’t generate bills did you put penalty on me for your mistake or what please have a look and fix the problem as soon as possible.

I don’t want to continue this contract anymore.
