I need to cancel an installation

Hi, 

I have an installation booked on the 24th but have not confirmed process via email. I have responded to this email saying that I no longer want/need the service or contract and to confirm cancellation. 

I have tried calling but was on hold for too long. Can someone please confirm the installation has been cancelled.

Installation still hasn't been cancelled, I have tried phoning again and get told I will be called back. I received another text today about my installation so I have pushed it back again as it doesn't let me cancel. Please please please cancel
