I am very satisfied with your service overall but you have one glaring problem. I am sure you have thousands of English speaking customers so why do you refuse to offer a selection on your phone service to be transferred to an English speaking agent, which MEO does. It is extremely frustrating to us who have not yet learned to speak Portuguese to try to communicate with you. Do you just not care? It would be a simple change to make and it is insulting NOS just ignores our needs. I am considering returning to MEO when my subscription ends. Show some respect for non Portuguese customers please.
