2. 49.99 euros is a monthly payment for 1 year or after cancellation (if possible), no payment is required.
3. Does cancellation of the subscription involve a penalty?
4. How can I set the exact date of subscription to this channel on my invoices?

This will depend on the subscription made. You can check all the different packs and respective costs at the NOS Website.
You can also manage all the subscription through my.nos.pt.
The subscription of an anual pack foresees a 12 month loyalty. You can schedule the cancelation at any moment, this will take effect at the date of the pack renewal.
