enable invoices on the Nos app


Hello, My NOS app does not allow me to see my invoices. This is my most important element in a mobile phone app.

I have searched for Área de cliente, but this does not exist!

Please advise me to enable invoices on the app.

Thank you for the advice.

i can see invoices on the app for Jan, Feb March but my credit that is still due to me is from Nov and Dec. These are not showing up in the app.

Hello ​@Lorna PREPAID,

From what we understand from the screenshot you shared, the invoices only started being issued in January.

Please confirm the date when the service was activated. If there were no invoices associated with it before that time, it is normal that you are unable to view them.
