I have talked to NOS international support.

They want me to upload a document online.

I have logged in but there is no function to add documents. 

How do I do that? They don´t do email.

Muito obrigada, I have one question. I got a text message that I have to pay a bill, and that NOS would send me a bill even though I have been doing automatic bank payments for 2 years, with no bill except digital online ones. I have moved out of the apartment, and live in Sweden now. How do I get access of the bill?

Thank you for your message.

The bill is usually sent to your e-mail address. You can also check all the invoices in you costumer area in my.nos.pt.

Let us know if you received it via e-mail or if you find it in my NOS.
