We are new NOS customers, with a cable internet connection. Router HITRON

 

We want this router for comunications, we need to open a VPN to another fixed ip, but it’s not working fine, my technic told me to speak with you, apprently is everything ok in aminhanet.nos.pt , only changed with activate DMZ and different ip , something usual por internet connections between companies.
