Slow internet speed poor reception
Hello NOS, I have my internet and TV installed two days ago. I have two bars on the router, no matter where I put the router in the house. I have taken out the SIM and tried this in another device, I have the same behaviour. Speedtest never goes above 200kbs. Internet is not usable. If there is no solution which I expect, can I still cancel this line? It is as said unusable to work with these internet speeds, moreover I have a contract for 40Mbps which you will never reach.
