Dear NOS Customer Support,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recently activated NOS service.
I accepted the service contract for account number S*********(address: *********************), which includes three mobile SIM cards (Sem Limites Max). At the time of acceptance, I did not have any SIM cards available.
Since then, I have tried many times to call the number 931 699 000 to request or order the SIM cards, but I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I have been unable to obtain the SIM cards that are included in my contract, which means I cannot use an essential part of the service I am paying for.
This situation is unacceptable, as the mobile service is part of the agreed package and the contract is already active.
I kindly request that you:

Inform me immediately how I can receive my SIM cards, or

Send the SIM cards to my registered address as soon as possible, or

Contact me directly to resolve this issue without further delay.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint through the appropriate customer service and regulatory channels.
