SIM Cards Not Received / Unable to Order by Phone


Dear NOS Customer Support,

 

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recently activated NOS service.

 

I accepted the service contract for account number S*********(address: *********************), which includes three mobile SIM cards (Sem Limites Max). At the time of acceptance, I did not have any SIM cards available.

 

Since then, I have tried many times to call the number 931 699 000 to request or order the SIM cards, but I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I have been unable to obtain the SIM cards that are included in my contract, which means I cannot use an essential part of the service I am paying for.

This situation is unacceptable, as the mobile service is part of the agreed package and the contract is already active.

I kindly request that you:

 

  • Inform me immediately how I can receive my SIM cards, or

  • Send the SIM cards to my registered address as soon as possible, or

  • Contact me directly to resolve this issue without further delay.

 

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint through the appropriate customer service and regulatory channels.
