Router not associated to account


Hi,

When I try and access my router settings from nos.pt it reports the following;

You do not have a router associated with your accountTo access NOS NET you need to have internet services associated with your account

 

How do I fix this?

Thanks, but i don’t quite understand.

my.nos.pt already knows about my packages as per below.   Why would i have to tell it again ?
