Roaming in UE

I’ve been using NOS since i came to Portugal. Now im traveling around Europe and my roaming is not working. I tried everything

@nazkargi, were you able to connect to one of these networks manually? Does the same issue happen on both?

Please restart your phone for about 30 seconds and let us know if the issue persists.
Alternatively, we suggest resetting the network settings on your device.

Please let us know if you have the Mobile Data Roaming option enabled.
Also, confirm which country you are in while using the service.

i am now in Germany but i will go to Netherlands and Belgium after here. In my phone settings i have the roaming option enabled. I tried everything and in the NOS app it shows that i have 15GB internet for roaming but its not working

@nazkargi, the available operators in Germany are O2 and Telekom.
Please try connecting manually to one of these networks and let us know if you’re able to access the service afterwards.

it sometimes show as 5G but the internet doesnt work still
