Problem with my NOS Sim card and SIM not Provisioned

Dear Team NOS, 

 

I would like to ask for your assistance. I am currently in germany and I had NOS number as I was in Portugal and that was from two years ago almost. It is been a long time since I recharged my NOS number. Right now I am not receiving SMS or calls. My Old Whatsapp number is on the Portuguese number. I thought that I just need to recharge my number or top up my number. So I found a website called recharge. I went to it and I paid 12 Euro to recharge my NOS number and it didin’t work. There is an error in my SIM card says SIM not provisioned. I already did everything for it. I removed it and inserted again. I put on airplane mode and then disable and restart the phone multiple times. Reseted the mobile network multiple times.Still same issue. and I want to just activate my NOS number just for few minutes or days just to transfer my whatsapp files and chats from the old phone to the phone then no need for it after that. I can just simply buy another new german number just for it. Or keep it as I did with the old phone and let deactivate. But right now I need it to be active to receive SMS messages and so. Because right now I am logged out of my old whatsapp from both the old phone and the new phone and I can’t return it to it unless I verify it and I can’t verify it because my is not working. I can’t go to portugal from Germany right now because I don’t have the money for that. I already called NOS Customer support and they said that my SIM card looks like it is activated by my NIF number is not registered or something and they told me that I have to find NOS store or store that sells this NOS and they will recharge it for me or help but there is no branch for NOS in germany that’s what the customer support told me. 
Please help me with this problem. 

 

One more thing. When I logged in to my NOS account from my laptop it tell me that I don’t have access to view my balance or I don’t have access to anything but I am logged in but can’t do anything

Every number is deactivated after a certain period of time, either by not making any communications in 2 months, or if it stops being recharged.

After a period of 6 month after deactivation, the number is free to be used again by other clients.

Every number is deactivated after a certain period of time, either by not making any communications in 2 months, or if it stops being recharged.

After a period of 6 month after deactivation, the number is free to be used again by other clients.
