Problem with account

I have an account at NOS, I pay for internet only for my home, but when i connect in my account, there is no information about my contract.

That’s all there is 

I receive messages and SMS about special offers from NOS, but nothing is accessible in my account.

For example when I want to activate the COMBINA, I have this message 

Could you check what is the issue ?

I already tried that, but it doesn’t seem to work, I always end up with the same message 

 

I’m not Portuguese, I tried with passport or titulo de residencia (for my ID card), it doesn’t work

 

To be honest, it’s quite strange that I should declare to NOS my own contract with NOS….

Shouldn’t you know about it ?

 

My customer number is N.º cliente ***********

Can someone in customer service take care about this ?
