Why am I paying for a service that is not fit for service. I pay for 40mbs and am barely getting 0.2. NOS you should be ashamed.

Also, after restarting your equipment, does the issue persist?

We cannot get fibre in our village. We were told it was coming 3 years ago but nothing. We have a 4g router which is probably years out of date. Surely there must be newer equipment that could offer a better solution.
