PON light blinking

We have just installed our internet less than a week ago. Suddenly during the day the wifi stops working and the PON light on the router is blinking. Any help will be appreciated

We already did everything above and a technician has not come out for two days now. Its getting ridicilous as we are new customers

Not come? But have you schedule it or not?


Yes we did and twice they said they cannot make it we have to reschedule
