NOS Technician complaint

We had NOS technician visiting our house this morning to connect fibre. It could not have gone any worse.

1. He was unhelpful and only ready to get a cable installed from a pole next to our boundary to the furtherest corner of our house (c 25 metres) above our heads - just hanging there.
2. When I asked him to put a cable from the pole to the closest wall and then run it nicely on the wall, he took it offensive and said he can`t do it.
3. When challenged, he told me to f*** off. Seriously
4. I asked him to put the socket back and he literally screamed at me to respect him in my house while holding a screwdriver towards me.

Overall, avoid at all costs.
