I personally have long been consuming their product for least a year. Though, I recently have shifted my home to Reboleira which is by far not to the outskirt of main Lisbon. But they are constantly deteriorating when it comes to the network stability and quality of service. I barely managed to get 2/3 bars in my phone and while I was complaining about that to their so-called customer service over phone (She said we can’t care on your problem as long as you’re using this on your smartphone -- Very unlikely though). Therefore, I had to switch my SIM to smallest router provided by NOS itself. What did I find then? ….Actually nothing….You can’t even think of getting your YouTube streaming buffered while you’re living and roaming around Lisbon and its closest suburbs. From my standpoint, I would say they don’t really want to care foreign expats when the problems are showed up.
