When i place the Ordrrs for new service on 13/01/2023 on evening. I talked to mr pedro Fernandes.  

 

After talked of 20-25 minits around he called me 4:45pm.  

 

HE PROMISED AND ACCEPTED EVERY SINGLE TEARM AND THEN I READY TO GET THE SERVICE. WHICH WAS START FROM 17-01-2023 ONES YOUR TECHNICIAN CAN AND FIX THE INTERNET.  

 

BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING IS CORRECT. 

 

TOPIC NO 1 200MBPS SPEED INTERNET IS NOT WORKING.  ITS WORK VERY SLOW.  

EVERY 10-15 minits Internet is restating.  

ERROR MSG. UNSTABLE INTERNET 

 

PROBLEM NO : 2. YOUR TECNICIAN DID NOT FIX THE TV BOX.         

 

PROBLEM NO 3.  IN THE SERVICE THERE ARE TWO SIM CARD. 

 

ONE IS WITH MINITS AND SMS PLUS INTERNET 

 

SECOND SIM IS 30GB 5G INTERNET. 

BUT. 

 

IN FIRST SIM CARD. HE PROMISED OF 3000 MINITS AND SMS AND INTERNET 

WITH ( 965****96 ) MOBIL NUMBER WHICH HE SUPPOSED TO PORT FROM UZO. 

HE DID NOT DID THAT AHE SENT RANDOM NUMBER FIRST SIM CARD 

 

SAME THINGS HAPPENED WITH SECOND INTERNET SIM CARD WHICH IS 30GB 

WHICH. ( 936****28 ) NUMBER I HAVE REQUESTED WHICH IS FROM NOS.  

 

BUT HE SENT RANDOM NUMBERS  

 

I TRYING TO CALL SO MANY TIME BUT NO ONES WANTS TO ANSWER ME AND TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. 

AND SPECIALLY MR PEDRO FERNADIS IS GONE SOMEWHERE.   I DONT KNOW WHERE.  NOW HE DO JOT HAVE TIME TO CALL ME AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.  

 

I THINK HE DID A FRAUD WITH ME.  HE SAID YES YES YES FOR EVERYTHING AND I THINK WE JIST WANTED TO FINISH HIS TARGET AND TRY TO SELL THE SERVICE FAST LIKE THAT 

 

SO NOW I AM SENDING THIS EMAIL BECAUSE. HE TOLD ME THAT WITHIN 14 days. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEN YOU CAN CANCEL THE SERVICE WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.    

 

SO BEFORE 14 DAYS.  TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM 

 

OTHERWISE I NEED TO CANCEL THIS SEVICE.  

 

AND YOU NEED TO FIX MY MEO SERVICE AGAIN BACK TO NORMAL WORKING CONDITIONS 

 

Which damaged by your tecnician. Ones he came to fix the New Service from you on 17-1-2023.
