Dear Community,
I moved to an apartment building two months ago and wanted to take my NOS internet contract with me.
There were some serious delays, because the technology at the building was not ready yet - which i understand. But now, two months later, the technology is there and my neighbours have internet from vodafone.
I have called NOS numerous times because i wanted to make an appointment - and then they always say, somebody will call me back, but nobody ever reached out to me .
Now i want to cancel my contract which also seems to be impossible via phone.
I dont understand what the problem is, why they cant just send a technician to my house to install internet ???? How can I make an appointment and be sure they are actually showing up on that day ?
I was very patient for two months but nobody is offering me a solution, not even an internet cube for the meantime or something like that.
