new to the NOs and it's not working


 

Hey ,

I have recently got the NOS connection.
It's been causing a lot of issue with the service. The internet keeps disconnecting always in every few minutes.
I am unable to perform any office work since I am working from home.

Please help me to fix this issue..
The service is really terrible ,I am unable to connect to any of the office meetings .

Check all the models available by clicking here.

Have you tried to restart your router? You can manage everything through the NOS Net APP or aminhanet.nos.pt

My NIF: 3xxxxxx

I have recently got the NOS installed at my place on 3rd August.

I have been calling for past 3 days to fix the issue.

 

The internet keeps getting disconnected in every 30 mins.

Thanks for the info.

Yes I have tried restarting the router like multiple times.

This usually happens between 11AM to 4PM, the router will get  disconnected in every 30 mins. ☹️
