I had a NOS mobile data unlimited internet plan. Yesterday, I went to a NOS agency and told them that I wanted to cancel my contract next month because I am traveling to Spain. The representative told me, "Okay, no worries." I asked again to confirm, "Do you understand that the cancellation is for next month, not now?" She replied, "Yes, I understand."
However, the next day, I found that my number was disabled—emergency calls only. I contacted customer support, and they told me to wait for some time until my number was reactivated. Now, my number is active again, but I lost everything—no unlimited internet, nothing. It's like a new SIM card.
What can I do? I still have to pay the bill for this month, but I don’t have internet!
