Hello, If somebody could help me with the fact that my portugees is non existing i don't know how to resolve this topic.



I have this subscription for my apartment and recently it was rented by people. They consumed the 5 GB connection and were able to uncrease their consumption with any green might from myside. I am estonished that a third party is able to play with my NOS account without being informed.

I have sent an e-mail to NOS in English bit it's a nightmare with t he fact that they never reply.

But the third party is using the router with your kwonledge. When the plafond ends they can activate more in a popup that appears. Check this page.



Tell them to don't subscribe more internet. 😛
I have sent a message (e-mail) to NOS to upgrade my subscription to the XL version from 15 to 25 euros per month. but i haven't received any feedback. Any idea how to install this?

Ps i had a subscription of 15 euros/ month and today i got their message that i have to pay 40 euros....
Where did you send the mail? If they don't contact you, you can call 16105 and change your subscription to the XL version
To the claim web site of NOS and a director of NOS. Thanks for sending the phone number but its not working from my hometown Belgium even with including the Portugees country code.
If you are in Belgium, call +351 929 001 799 from your cell phone or +351 929 001 699 from your landline. 😉
Finally i got a phone call from NOS ... i sent them my request on 26th of March. They are upgrading my Wifi conncetion to the XL grade with unlimited connections. This company is a real nightmare in communications... and they are selling devices to improve it.

I am sure there is Something wrong with their business model and management. -;)

No NOS problem is not yet resolved ... Now they claim a non paid invoice for Ferbruary which i paid in March... Let's see how it turns. Will keep you posted. Br, Hugues
